Short term disability pays a portions of a teammate's income up to 26 weeks of absence due to illness or an accident. Coverage is available for all full time teammates.

Basic coverage equals 100% of a teammate’s base salary. Additional life insurance coverage is available for purchase via payroll deduction for teammates and family members.

Teammates may choose to make a pre tax contribution up to 60% of their salary to the 401(k) plan offered throught Fidelity Investments. Midmark matches 50% on the first 6% that the teammates contributes.

Midmark will make an additional discretionary contribution to your 401(k) program in an amount equal to 1% or more of your compensation.

With all the responsibilities and financial priorities you might be juggling, it can be easy to overlook the need to save for retirement. Midmark provides onsite financial workshops along with online workshops through Fidelity’s e-learning program.

Midmark is committed to creating a people development/learning environment, and we strive to make sure that all teammates are continuously growing. College and certificate programs are reimbursed at 100% with approval, and teammates are eligible on the first day of hire.

Midmark is happy to offer nine paid holidays per year.

Teammates are granted paid time off in the event of a death in the family including: parents, spouse, children, stepparents, stepchildren, brothers, sisters, stepbrothers, stepsisters, grandparents, step-grandparents, grandchildren, step-grandchildren, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law or brother-in-law.

Midmark offers its teammates a bonus incentive gainsharing program to improve productivity through teammate involvement. A percentage of the company’s pretax earnings from working smarter are shared equally with teammates. Gainsharing is paid out one time a year in December –just a way for Midmark to say “thank you” for teammates’ dedication and hard work.

Midmark recognizes the length of service teammates have devoted to the growth and welfare of the company. To show our appreciation, gifts are awarded to teammates as follows: 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service.

Midmark’s annual picnic gathers teammates together for a fun-filled day of recreation to foster teammate camaraderie. Currently, the picnic is held at King’s Island® -admission and a complimentary lunch is provided to teammates and their dependents free of charge. Additional tickets are available to teammates at a discounted rate, as well as discounted parking and hotel and camping rates.
