Midmark Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Midmark”) produces
the Midmark web sites. The entire contents of the Midmark web sites are
copyrighted by Midmark and protected by the copyright laws of the United
States and other countries. Users may copy, download, or print materials
contained in the web sites for their own non-commercial use, provided that
the above copyright notice appears in all copies and that both the copyright
