On-site Wellness Center
The new wellness center will provide teammates with accessible and convenient onsite healthcare provide primary, preventative and occupational care by appointment or walk-in at no cost. This new benefit will not only provide worksite healthcare services, but will also service as a center for wellness, focusing on personalize care of the whole person in support of our corporate wellness strategy.
Theresa Sewer is our full time registered nurse that offers medical attention to our teammates Monday-Friday.
Midmark Corporation encourages continuing education and development of teammates. Reimbursement of tuition is based on the successful completion of approved courses. Total reimbursement is limited to $5,200 in a calendar year. The teammate will receive reimbursement of tuition upon completion of the course for a grade of C or better, and none for less than a C grade. Reimbursement will be made for tuition, lab fees and registration fees. No reimbursement will be made for books, parking, and other charges.
