R. Gregoire (Greg) Blackmore

Chief Operating Officer

Greg Blackmore is the Chief Operating Officer for Midmark Corporation. 

Blackmore joined Midmark in 2009. He is a key member of the leadership team, all day-to-day 
operations, including its medical, dental, veterinary and imaging divisions.

Prior to joining Midmark in 2009, Blackmore held the position of senior vice president
and group president, life sciences, for STERIS Corporation. In this position, he possessed
global responsibility for all functional and operational aspects, leading approximately 700 people
and a manufacturing facility in Finland. In his tenure with STERIS, Blackmore instituted new
efforts to improve communication, cost-effectiveness and quality, driving double-digit growth
in revenue and in contribution margin in the service business. Prior to joining STERIS,
Blackmore built his career at the General Electric Company beginning in 1981. He advanced
into progressively more encompassing management positions for various divisions of GE until
his departure in 2004, including the role of president of services for GE Information Technology Solutions.

Blackmore has served on several boards including one in support of GE’s global business
operations that involved a joint venture between GE and India for IT support services. He is an
active board member for BioOhio and Oral Health America.

Blackmore received his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the
University of Connecticut.  He has also completed many GE professional leadership
development programs, including GE’s manufacturing management program (MMP)
and Six Sigma training (Green Belt Certified).

Sharyl S. Gardner

Chief Administrative Officer

Sharyl Gardner is Chief Administrative Officer for Midmark Corporation, and serves
as Secretary for the Midmark Board of Directors.

Offering more than two decades of managerial and leadership experience, Gardner oversees
all leadership development, training, employee relations, benefits and compensation, marketing
communications and corporate/guest services for Midmark. A key and strategic contributor,
she has promoted Midmark’s core values and missions, and has assisted in the organizational
transformation to support its strategy.

In 2007, Gardner was hired as Vice President of Human Resources for Midmark to help lead
and support corporate strategies for continual growth and global market expansion. She previously
served as Vice President of Human Resources for Relizon, now Workflow One, in Dayton, Ohio,
which employed more than 4,000 people in North America. In addition to her traditional HR
duties there, she was responsible for creating a leadership summit to support Relizon’s
corporate strategy and introduced a consistent leadership approach throughout the organization.
Additionally, she established a core set of principles that guided the leadership’s decisions
to facilitate the transformation of corporate culture, while strengthening focus on its strategy.
Gardner also maintained a sales leadership position at AT&T, a global telecommunications
service provider, where she was employed for eighteen years.

A member of the Miami Valley Senior Human Resources Group and Leadership Dayton
Association, Gardner also serves on the ERA (Employer Resource Association) Board of Directors,
which provides assistance to employers in Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus and Eastern Indiana.
In addition, she is an active member of Professional Women in Healthcare and is a longtime
advocate for “Clothes That Work”, a non-profit organization that provides interview appropriate
clothing, and personalized confidence building and image services.
 
Gardner holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degree
from the University of Dayton.

Robert (Bob) Morris

Chief Financial Officer

Bob is the Chief Financial Officer for Midmark Corporation.

Bob joined Midmark in 2011 and is the executive leader directing our finance and accounting teams,
including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, risk
management, legal and taxation.  

With more than 25 years of professional and managerial experience, prior to joining Midmark, Bob
was Vice President, Finance and leader of finance and accounting functions for BorgWarner Drivetrain
Systems, a $2 billion supplier of automotive transmission and four-wheel-drive systems. BorgWarner
Drivetrain Systems is a strategic business unit of BorgWarner, a NYSE traded company respected for
its financial discipline, innovative products and strong international presence. Bob also served as
Chief Financial Officer of Michelman, Inc., a multi-national supplier of water-based coating products
and performance additives. He began his career with Arthur Andersen in their Greater Cincinnati
practice where he became an audit manager, serving his manufacturing and construction clients
with audit services and advisory projects with a particular emphasis on start-up companies,
acquisition projects and tasks to improve financial reporting capabilities.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from The Ohio State University and earned
his CPA in the State of Ohio.
