Terms and Conditions

My idea is not submitted to Midmark Corporation in confidence and Midmark Corporation is under no obligation to receive or maintain my idea in confidence.

All rights that I may possess in my idea are limited to such rights as I may now have or in the future obtain under United States Letters Patent or a written agreement subsequently entered into with Midmark Corporation.

All other claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of any disclosure of my idea to Midmark Coporation are hereby waived.

Midmark Corporation shall obtain no rights of any kind in my idea by reason of this agreement.

By accepting this Waiver of Confidentiality, I represent that I am at least eighteen years of age.

This Waiver of Confidentiality supersedes any previous agreements, written or oral, and any prior negotiations between me and Midmark Corporation.
