Training

When your practice purchases a Midmark True Definition Scanner, you and your team will receive hands-on training, including:

  • Self-study intro and tutorial videos prior to our clinical training day, focused on device navigation, basic scan skills, scan paths, and protocol

  • One-day in-office clinical training including hands-on scanning practice with in vivo patient cases and in-person help with integration, prescriptions and workflow connections

Additional training for new staff, advanced topics or re-training is available for a fee.

Ongoing support

With the Midmark True Definition Scanner, your support network doesn't end with installation. We make it easy to get help with:

  • Remote troubleshooting
