Ronda Anderson

Consultant
HuFriedyGroup

Ronda Anderson

Ronda has been in the Dental Industry for over 30 years. Here first job was at the front desk and then spent over 20 years as a distributor sales representative. During that time, she realized the need for education in offices. They needed help resourcing information on the latest in Government Compliance and Infection Control. Her clients also struggled to receive training on a regular basis. So, she became a trainer in OSHA and Infection Control to help her customers learn about proper guidelines and protocols. She also started teaching a class for the senior dental students at UNL and then wrote a chapter in a textbook that they use on Government Compliance. This became a passion that has now culminated with her current employment at HuFriedyGroup where she consults with dental offices every day to help them become more efficient, compliant, and safe.

The summit was one of the best conferences I have ever attended. I was so inspired by one speaker, who was a dental assistant turned attorney focusing on compliance, that I was prompted to begin a master's program in law with emphasis in health care compliance—something I had been considering for quite some time. I [. . .] am looking forward to the new chapters this will open for me.
