The client tries to view a report within the IQmark DiagnosticWorkstation software and receives the following error message.
'CECGReport contains an incorrect schema'
This error occurs when two different versions of the IQmark Diagnostic Workstation software are installed on several computers that are sharing the same network database.
Step 1:
Check the version of the IQmark Workstation software on each computer.
Open the IQmark Diagnostic Workstation software > Click on the 'Help' button > Click the 'About Workstation' menu selection. The version of the software will be located at the top of the window.
Step 2:
Upgrade all computers with the IQmark Diagnostic Workstation to the highest available version.
Step 3:
Reboot each upgraded computer and verify that the error message no longer appears.
