An error message stating 'No Calibration report Available to write' is displayed when performing a spirometer test in EClinicalWorks.
The following error message appears in EClinicalWorks when starting a spirometer test:
To resolve the issue perform the following steps:
Click on the 'OK' button.
Click on the 'CAL' button; located at the bottom of the screen and has a picutre of a scale on it.
Perform a calibration; after the initial calibration the error message will no longer appear.
