Gate material options:
Wire grid: 3/16” diameter, 304 stainless-steel; 15/16” spacing between vertical wires; 3-5/8” spacing between horizontal wires; welded intersections.
Stainless steel sheet: 24-gauge 304 stainless steel sheets bonded on each side of a polypropylene fluted core.
Glass panel: 1/4” tempered glass with aluminum edge protection.
FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic): bonded on each side of a polypropylene fluted core with aluminum edge protection.

SANI-SLOPE^™ Aluminum Sloped Floor Mounting System (available on aluminum-framed isolation panels):
Patented T-flange constructed from solid extruded 6061-T6 aluminum. T-flange dimensions: 2 ½” wide at base; extends to 3” tall.
Patented isolation panel bottom rail constructed of solid 6061-T6 extruded aluminum fits over T-flange to level and secure panel. T-flange is sealed to the floor with silicone sealant.
SILVIS SEAL^™ (available on aluminum-framed FRP isolation panels):
Patented Silvis Seal^™ co-extrusion constructed of rigid vinyl base and two flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sealing ribs.
Two strips of 3M VHB double-sided tape adhered to the top of the co-extrusion; each seal has an end-blocker strip of closed-cell neoprene foam with 3M VHB double-sided tape.
