PANELS

Each room divider system is configured with up to three panels connected by hinges to allow the system to be folded for storage
or expanded for various configurations.

SIZES

•  Each section is composed of three panels and one gate.

•  Panels are configured as a 4’ H (standard) with an additional configurable upper section that is 2’ H.

•  Standard gates are 6’ H.

MATERIALS

Perimeter frame, caster mounting and internal bracing:

• 1” square 18-gauge (.049” wall) square 304 A-554 welded
stainless-steel construction.

•  180-grit polished tubing.

•  TIG-welded frame corners.

•  Stainless steel fasteners and aluminum connector brackets.

•  3” swivel casters.

Solid internal panel options (as required):

•  FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic): bonded on each side of a
.400” HDPP fluted core with aluminum edge protection.

•  Stainless steel sheet: 24-gauge 304 stainless steel sheets bonded
on each side of a .400” HDPP fluted core.

•  Wilsonart®: high-pressure laminate bonded on each side of a polypropylene fluted core with aluminum edge protection.

•  Isolation panels: perimeter-sealed to aluminum framework.

Wire grids

•  3/16” diameter, 304 stainless steel; 3/16” spacing between vertical wires; 1-5/8” spacing between horizontal wires; welded intersections.

DOORS

•  Stainless steel pass-through gates.

•  1” square 18-gauge 304 stainless steel tube construction.
