Diwakar is the Founder & CEO of Polaris Healthcare Partners. Diwakar has nearly two decades in healthcare finance, serving at Sky, Bank of America, Leaf, Group Financial and most recently at East West Bank, where he was vice president of healthcare sales. Diwakar is passionate about healthcare practice success and when not supporting deals, can be found at industry events talking about the latest trends in M&A, dental practice management and financial performance for general, DSO and specialty dental. He has his bachelor’s from The Ohio State University. Diwakar has a daughter and is an avid cyclist, hiker, and foodie.
Dr. Vivek Solanki is a Polaris Healthcare Partners Clinical Coach, where he combines clinical expertise with a passion for mentoring dental professionals to help leaders in periodontics, implant dentistry, general and specialty group dental practices achieve high standards of care. Currently, he is the CEO and co-owner of a group of multi-specialty practices in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Florida Dental Association.
Mark Flock is an Partnership & Equity Solutions Executive at Polaris Healthcare Partners. He is responsible for advising on associate and executive partnership models, buy-in models, buy-side analysis, financial mergers, and strategic consulting. Mark takes pride in creating pathways for clients to succeed, bringing together strategy and execution to drive better outcomes every day. Before joining Polaris, Mark spent a decade in banking where he managed relationships financing loans for a healthcare clients and managed a national team. He has his bachelor’s and an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship from the University of Dayton. Outside of Polaris, Mark enjoys golfing, hiking, working out and serving on the board of nonprofit focused on helping high school students become entrepreneurs and leaders.
Sara Stock, founder of the law firm Stock Legal, has been a trusted referral source for over 8 years. She and her team have worked with hundreds of dentists facing these same decisions. Dr. Jeff Carter graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry and practiced for 17 years. He transitioned to full-time dental office design over 20 years ago and is driven to help other dentists realize the benefits of a well-designed facility.
Pat Carter graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in interior architecture. Formerly vice president of T.H.E. Design, Inc., and co-founder of Practice Design Group, Pat has focused exclusively on the unique design challenges of dentists for more than 40 years.
In 2002, Dr. Jeff and Pat Carter founded Practice Design Group as a collaborative and innovative design resource for dentists. The Carters focus on helping dentists achieve highly functional and technologically advanced facilities unique to each practitioner’s vision and sensitive to the patient experience.
Jennie Vanderpool is the Senior Manager of Process Improvement + Effectiveness at Midmark Corporation, where she combines clinical experience, evidence-based design, and continuous improvement practices to support teammates and customers in delivering better care.
She holds a Master of Science in Nursing, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and advanced training in evidence-based design. Jennie works closely with Midmark’s sales teams, healthcare providers, and A&E partners to shape clinical environments and workflows that strengthen quality, safety, and efficiency.
Her work ultimately supports Midmark’s mission to help providers deliver better care — and reflects her belief that when clinical excellence and operational excellence come together, everyone benefits: patients, caregivers, and the organizations that serve them.
Megan Winner is the Director of Customer Engagement at Midmark Corporation, where she provides leadership for the organization’s design, customer service, and Voice of the Customer teams and programs. During her 12-year tenure at Midmark, she has also been highly involved in integrations and strategic projects across the business to support growth and organizational alignment. Before joining Midmark, Megan spent 10 years working in collegiate athletics, building deep experience in leadership, team development, and high-performance environments. She is recognized for her ability to bring people together, lead through complexity, and drive meaningful outcomes.
