This offer is valid only on eligible products purchased by an animal care facility through a Midmark Veterinary Authorized Distributor located in the US or Canada. This offer may be combined with corporate pricing and Midmark Academy training programs running currently. This offer may not be combined with other offers or promotions for these eligible products.

All serial numbers of the newly purchased products must be submitted online. Upon each submission, a confirmation email will be sent to you for your records. Please keep the confirmation until the incentives are received. Rebates will be issued in US Dollars. Redemptions must be submitted online by February 28, 2027. Midmark reserves the right to cancel or alter the terms of this offer at any time.

**Midmark must receive a copy of the distributor invoice stating the veterinarian's name or facility name and date purchased. The invoice must be dated between September 15, 2026 and January 31, 2027. Incentives will not be processed until the invoice is received.
