A Midmark report is uneditable when accessing it within Misys EMR.
Step 1:
Verify the report is not signed off by a physcian. If the report is not signed continue onto Step 2. Once a report has been reviewed and signed off by a physician, it can no longer can be edited.
Step 2:
Verify the 'Review' button is being used to access the report. Midmark reports are only editable when accessing them with the following method: Select a desired report and select the 'Review' button. Midmark reports are not editable when accessing them with the following methods. Select a desired report and select the 'View' button.
