Our ESA is a value-focused program for eligible Midmark IQ diagnostic devices. With ESA coverage you can:
• Save valuable time – replacement devices shipped within two business days with no need to deal with loaner devices
• Control repair expenses – ESA coverage can be purchased in one (1), two (2) or three (3) year terms
• Keep staff current on device usage – your ESA purchase includes one (1) hour of remote in-service training for each covered device
• Access experienced support you can trust – our Technical Service team of Microsoft®, HDI and CompTIA Healthcare IT certified specialists are available by phone, e-mail and live chat
• Receive bonus supplies – each ESA purchase comes with bonus supplies to help keep costs of ownership low (Bonus supplies will vary according to device covered and term purchased.)
