Midmark introduces 2026 Examination Chair Trade-In Promotions

VERSAILLES, Ohio, March 2, 2026 — Midmark Corp., a leading medical solutions provider focused on the design of the clinical environment to improve the delivery of care, today announced 2026 Examination Chair Trade-In Promotions.

During the promotions, Midmark is offering customers low-volume and high-volume trade-in rebates for Midmark and Ritter examination chairs. With a minimum purchase of 25 exam chairs along with the trade-in of 25 exam tables, customers are eligible for the following high-volume promotion: customers will receive a $500 rebate for the Midmark 626 Examination Chair, a $400 rebate for the Ritter 225 Examination Chair and a $300 rebate for the Ritter 224 Examination Chair. In addition, a bonus rebate of an additional $75 is available for each exam chair purchased with Midmark Delivery Service and an additional $75 for each removal of a trade-in exam table. Bonus rebate available in the US only for the low-volume promotion.

Low-volume purchases with trade-in qualify for the following promotion: customers will receive a $400 rebate for the Midmark 626 Examination Chair, a $300 rebate for the Ritter 225 Examination Chair and a $200 rebate for the Ritter 224 Examination Chair. In addition, a bonus rebate of an additional $50 is available for each exam chair purchased with Midmark Delivery Service and an additional $50 for each removal of a trade-in exam table.

The Midmark 626 Barrier-Free Examination Chair is the first and only exam chair on the market that exceeds 2024 US Access Board Standards with a low seat height of 15.5″ while maintaining a 37″ high seat height.

Important dates:

— Dealer order period: March 2–Oct. 30, 2026

— Last date to ship from Midmark to the dealer: Dec. 4, 2026

— Last date for dealers to invoice end-user: Jan. 29, 2027

— Dealer invoice to the customer must be dated: March 2, 2026–Jan. 29, 2027

— Last date to claim incentives: Feb. 26, 2027
