REDEMPTION

Veterinary facility redemption instructions:

1. Visit midmark.com/Steri26.
2. Select “Redeem.”
3. Upload new purchase invoice.
4. Complete the information required on the form.
5. Select “Submit.”

All serial numbers of the newly purchased sterilizers must be submitted online. Upon each submission, a confirmation email will be sent for your records. Please keep the confirmation until incentives are received. Redemptions must be submitted online by January 30, 2027. Midmark reserves the right to cancel or alter the terms of this offer at any time.

The invoice must be dated between March 1, 2026–December 31, 2026. Incentives will not be processed until the invoice is received.

This offer is valid only on eligible products purchased by a veterinarian or veterinary facility through an authorized Midmark Veterinary Distributor. To receive cash back on multiple old sterilizers, you must purchase an equal number of new sterilizers. This offer may not be combined with any other offer, promotion or contract pricing for the eligible products included herein.
