This article describes how to perform ECG, Spiro and Holter tests within MicroMD EMR.
To Perform ECG, Spiro, or Holter:
Click on 'Charts'.
Type in patient name then push Enter.
Click on 'Medical Information'.
On the 'Chart Navigator' located on bottom left of the screen click on 'Orders' button.
Click on the 'Add' button on the right side of screen.
Once the 'Procedure Order' screen comes up click on the small blue stripe icon on the right of the screen.
From the 'Reference List Viewer' screen select the desired test type then select 'Insert' > 'Close'.
Once the chosen test is in the 'Procedures' box, press the 'OK' button located at the bottom of the screen.
Click on the 'Perform' button on the bottom right side of the screen.
Select the 'Midmark/Qmark' radial button > click the 'OK' button.
